Scheduling runs through a booking calendar embedded on this site (LeadConnector). That provider receives the booking details so the appointment can be created, confirmed, and reminded. Their handling of that information is also covered by their own terms.
Information collected automatically
This site does not run our own advertising pixel. Your browser still shares ordinary technical data with the host that serves the pages, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. The booking calendar is a third-party embed and may store its own cookies in order to keep the scheduler working.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond. If you become a client, we keep the records the engagement and ordinary bookkeeping require. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not turn into a client engagement by emailing us.
